Introduction:

Dean of the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development at Renmin University of China. Professor, doctoral supervisor, Ph.D. graduate from Cornell University (USA), recipient of the "Young Talent in Propaganda, Ideology, and Culture" (theoretical category) awarded by the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, and Executive Director of the Research Center for General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Discourses on the "Three Rural Issues" (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers) Work at Renmin University of China. 

Main research areas: 

Theoretical innovation of the Party's "Three Rural Issues" (agriculture, rural areas, and farmers) work, regional development, macroeconomics, and public governance. He has presided over 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects and 3 National Social Science Foundation of China (NSSFC) projects. He has published multiple papers in top domestic and international journals and newspapers, including Economic Research Journal, Management World, People's Daily, Xinhua Digest, Applied Physics Letters, Physical Review B, and Journal of Applied Physics.
