Introduction:

Vice Dean, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Renmin University of China, and holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University, USA. He has published over 40 papers in journals such as Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy, Social Indicators Research, The Social Science Journal, Management World, and Finance and Trade Economics, received various research grants including from the National Social Science Fund of China, and published several books, translations, and analytical reports.
