Introduction:

Secretary of the Party Committee at the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development, Renmin University of China. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from the Law School of Renmin University of China, formerly served as the Deputy Director of the University's Party and Government Office, and was among the ninth group of central government staff sent to support Tibet.
