The meeting conveyed the school's instructions on deepening teaching reform and optimizing talent training mode, and made specific work arrangements around the key points of teaching work of the school's academic Affairs Office and graduate School this semester.

The first task is to optimize and revise the undergraduate, master's, and doctoral training programs for the class of 2025, deepening reforms in talent cultivation. The meeting emphasized the principles of "moral education, deep learning, practical training, and open innovation," focusing on the core mission of nurturing talents. It called for a shift from traditional teaching mindsets to a more practical approach, ensuring that positioning, courses, training, and innovation are all grounded in reality. By analyzing the current implementation of undergraduate, master's, and doctoral training programs, the meeting clarified the reform strategy of "refining credits, improving quality while reducing quantity, and innovating training." For the direct connection between master's and doctoral programs and the doctoral training program, it was decided to introduce an "innovative training course" to stimulate students' potential in scientific research and innovation. For the professional master's degree training program, it was decided to integrate local consulting services into the professional master's degree training program, innovating diversified teaching formats. For the undergraduate training program, it was decided to align with national strategic needs, strengthen the connotation and quality management of undergraduate courses, reshape talent cultivation goals, restructure the curriculum system, and reinforce organized internships and practical training, further implementing the "student-centered" talent cultivation model reform.

Secondly, the "recruitment and training" linkage focuses on advancing undergraduate-graduate continuum cultivation system for "Excellence Program in Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers." The meeting made specific arrangements for the college's undergraduate, master's, and doctoral enrollment work and graduation defense in 2025, with particular emphasis on the construction of the [Excellence Program in Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers ·  Academic Governance] undergraduate, master's, and doctoral courses, multi-campus collaborative teaching plans, the [Excellence Program in Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers · Ideological and Political Education] "One Institute, One Brand" course ideological and political education brand building, and the [Excellence Program in Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers · Knowledge and Action] undergraduate professional internship program. These measures aim to enhance the overall educational standards and talent cultivation quality across the entire college.

The college will always adhere to the fundamental principle of "nurturing virtue and fostering talent." By innovating its curriculum system and strengthening undergraduate-graduate continuum cultivation system, it aims to advance the "Excellence Program in Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers" undergraduate-graduate continuum cultivation system. This initiative seeks to continuously improve the quality of talent cultivation and the level of discipline construction. With more forward-looking teaching arrangements and more innovative educational practices, the college will usher in a new chapter in cultivating high-level talents in agricultural and forestry economic management, contributing to the building of a strong education nation, a strong agricultural nation, and a strong science and technology nation by nurturing more outstanding individuals.
