Biography:

Cui Haixing, male, from Xiangcheng City, Henan Province, is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Agricultural and Rural Development, Renmin University of China. He holds a Master's degree in Management from Hunan Agricultural University and a Ph.D. in Management from Beijing Forestry University. He completed his postdoctoral research in Agricultural Economic Management at Renmin University of China. He teaches graduate courses on Forestry Policy and Regulations, Entrepreneurship Management, and Case Studies, as well as undergraduate courses on Ecological Civilization Construction and Low Carbon Economy, Forest Culture and Tourism, and Agricultural Policy. His main research areas include Forestry Economic Theory and Policy, Rural Regional Development, and Entrepreneurship Management. He has published over 20 academic papers in journals related to forestry economics and rural economics, authored or co-authored more than 10 books, and compiled 4 textbooks. He has participated in several international academic conferences, with papers indexed by EI and ISTP. He has led 5 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial-level projects. As a key member, he has completed or is participating in nearly 20 national and provincial-level projects, including major projects. He has also been the principal writer in several local development planning initiatives.
