Biography:

Li Jiajie received her Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Tennessee in 2008. Her research focuses on food safety governance, food choices and preferences, food policy, and child nutrition and food safety management. In recent years, she has led several research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Projects, and Renmin University's Annual General Projects. She has published over 30 papers in domestic and international journals, including Food Policy, Health Communication, and the British Food Journal.
