Biography:
Wang Yumeng, born in August 1982 in Huxian County, Shaanxi Province, is an Associate Professor at the School of Agricultural and Rural Development, Renmin University of China. Her main research areas are Land Use Regulation and Farmland Protection. He primarily teaches courses on Sampling Survey and Data Analysis, Land Valuation, and Food Regulations and Policies.
He received her Ph.D. in Management from the School of Public Administration at Huazhong Agricultural University in 2010. During her doctoral studies, he was an exchange student at the College of Technology Management at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan from September to December 2008. From July 2013 to August 2014, he was a visiting scholar at the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Minnesota, USA. He has published over 30 papers and one monograph. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Fund, the Ministry of Education University Doctoral Program Fund, and the Renmin University of China Mingde Youth Scholar Project.
