Biography:

Male, born in December 1975 in Yichang, Hubei Province. Graduated from the College of Economics and Management, Huazhong Agricultural University, with a Ph.D. in Management. After graduation, he has been teaching at the School of Agricultural and Rural Development, Renmin University of China.
