Biography:

Zeng Yinchu, male, was born in October 1963 in Zhejiang Province. He holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Forestry Economics from Kyoto University in Japan. Zeng has served as Vice Dean of the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development at Renmin University of China and as Secretary-General of the Teaching Steering Committee for Agricultural Economics and Management at the Ministry of Education. He has long been dedicated to teaching and research in the areas of agricultural product markets and trade, food safety management, and agricultural resource and environmental policy.

Zeng has led more than 20 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Social Science Foundation of China. He has published eight academic books, including "Industrial Competition and Cooperation in the Era of Globalization," "Research on China's Food Safety Supervision Mechanism and Efficiency," and "Rural Industrial Economy." He has also published over 100 academic papers in Chinese, English, and Japanese.

Zeng has received several awards, including the Outstanding Paper Award from the Japan Society of Regional and Agricultural Economics, the First Prize for Soft Science Research Achievements from the State Grain Administration, the Theoretical Contribution Award for 30 Years of Development of China's Agricultural Product Wholesale Market, and the title of Teaching Master in Beijing Higher Education Institutions.
