Biography:
Chen Weiping, a professor and doctoral supervisor, serves as the Director of the Agricultural Business Teaching and Research Office and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal "Agricultural Economic Research" reprinted by Renmin University of China. In recent years, has led three projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and more than ten provincial and ministerial-level projects funded by the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Foundation. Published three monographs and numerous academic papers in journals such as Appetite, British Food Journal, China Agricultural Economic Review, Chinese Rural Economy, and Guangming Daily (Theoretical Edition).
