Biography:

Tian Xiaohui is a professor at the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development at Renmin University of China. She is a recipient of the National Talent Program for Young Top-Notch Talents and a Youth Scholar under Renmin University’s Distinguished Scholar Support Program. She earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from Ohio State University, USA, as a state-sponsored student.

Tian Xiaohui has published numerous high-level articles in prestigious journals both domestically and internationally, including China Rural Economy, China Industrial Economics, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Land Economics, Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking, Australian Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics, and Forest Policy and Economics. She has led two projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China as well as several provincial and ministerial commissioned projects. She was awarded the title of Annual Scholar at the China Youth Agricultural Economist Forum.

Her main social positions include being a director of the Chinese Association of Agricultural Economics, an executive member and secretary-general of the Youth (Work) Committee of the Chinese Association of Agricultural Economics, and a supervisor of the Beijing Agricultural Economics Society.
