Biography:

Zhong Zhen, male, is from Tongxiang, Zhejiang Province. He is currently the Vice Dean of the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development at Renmin University of China, a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. He has been selected for national talent programs and appointed as a "Distinguished Scholar" Young Scholar (A-level) at Renmin University of China. He graduated with a Bachelor of Management degree from the College of Humanities and Development at China Agricultural University in 2006. From 2006 to 2011, he studied Agricultural Economics and Management at the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Development at Renmin University of China, earning a Ph.D. in Management.

Zhong Zhen is an executive director of the China Cooperative Economics Society and the China Rural Cooperative Economic Management Society. His main research areas include new types of agricultural business entities, agricultural socialized services, leisure agriculture and rural tourism, agricultural mechanization, dairy quality safety, and dairy development.

In recent years, he has published over 50 papers in domestic and international academic journals such as Management World, China Economic Review, and China Rural Economy. He has authored or co-authored five monographs and has led more than ten national and provincial-level projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation, Beijing Social Science Foundation, the Ministry of Education's Doctoral Fund, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs' Soft Science projects.

Zhong Zhen has received numerous awards for his research and teaching, including the Sixth "China Rural Development Research Award" (Du Runsheng Award), the Excellence Award for Soft Science Research on Rural Revitalization from the Central Agricultural Office and Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Second Prize for Research on the Third National Agricultural Census, and the Second Prize for Higher Education Teaching Achievements in Beijing. His internal reference reports have been positively endorsed by central and provincial leaders multiple times.
