We have established three types of training programs tailored for different groups: government training programs, advanced business management training programs for enterprises, and on-the-job course training programs.
Government Training Program
The government training program adheres to the principles of seeking truth from facts, focusing on key points, applying knowledge to practice, and emphasizing practical results. It aims to update knowledge structures, master modern management skills and methods, and improve the comprehensive quality of leaders. Through training, participants are encouraged to learn and apply new theories, ideas, and concepts to enrich themselves, further improve their theoretical cultivation and leadership levels, and strive to enhance their capabilities in scientific decision-making and problem-solving.
Since 2010, the School of Agricultural and Rural Development at Renmin University of China has been commissioned by the Organization Department of the Central Committee for 11 consecutive years to organize faculty to conduct specialized training for central bureau-level officials. Training topics include issues related to agriculture, rural areas, and farmers, new rural construction, coordinated urban-rural economic development, ecological civilization construction and beautiful China, poverty alleviation and green development, precise poverty alleviation, and constructing a new pattern of China's economic development, among others. In addition, the school has conducted specialized training for cadres from over 50 county and city-level local governments. In 2019, Professors Wen Tiejun and Zhang Lixiang from our school were awarded the title of "Outstanding Lecturer" at the National Education and Training Base of Renmin University of China for 2017-2019.
Advanced Business Management Training Program for Enterprises
The advanced business management training program for enterprises leverages the research and teaching strengths of the School of Agricultural and Rural Development at Renmin University of China. It is committed to cultivating leaders of Chinese agri-related enterprises and building an important base for training comprehensive application-oriented economic management talents in China's agri-related fields. With precise strategic positioning and continuous integration of resources and innovation, it has become a highly reputed and cost-effective "Whampoa Military Academy for Chinese Agricultural Enterprises" within the industry. To date, the program has trained tens of thousands of senior managers for hundreds of outstanding enterprises.
On-the-Job Course Training Program
The on-the-job course training program is an important and popular talent training model that aims to cultivate Chinese elite talents integrating the four major elements of "national conditions, technology, economics, and management." Over the past decade, this program has trained over 6,000 students, mainly focusing on mid-to-senior-level management in government and enterprise institutions. Graduates have become high-quality economic management talents needed by the country in strategic management, financial management, information management, technology research and development, technological innovation, project management, and financial management.
